Flex Positions: Nannies and sitters on our Flex Team are employed by the agency. Within the Flex Division, Classic Reserve is an opportunity for nannies to work with families on a set and consistent basis. Placement Positions: If you are matched with a family in our Placement Division, you will become an employee of the family and make a year long commitment to them. Our agency educates families on industry legal issues and makes it clear to family employers that the IRS considers nannies to be W2 employees, not independent contractors. We help the family uphold industry standards and comply with laws surrounding employment to help ensure that you are being treated fairly.
