Any changes or cancellations made after this time will result in a $75 cancellation fee.Child Programming InformationPlease describe the specific location that our team should report to at the beginning of their shift.*If your child care program is held in a conference room, please provide the name for the ballroom or conference room. Please also provide exact directions for our nannies to find your event once they are on location.Who should our nanny team report to upon their arrival? Please Note: Our nannies are happy to engage the children in activities provided by you, the event client, however we do not provide/organize activities for events.Please share any additional information with us that will help our team provide exceptional service.Pricing and Fees: FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED to book services. Once this booking request form is submitted, a TC staff member will be emailing you a quote. You must provide payment information and approve the quote before your booking can be finalized. Our all-inclusive hourly rates cover the nanny's salary, taxes, insurance, and agency fees. Regular hourly rates are $32-$34 per hour per nanny depending on location. "Quick Care" depending on location hourly rates are $35-$38 per hour per nanny depending on location. Shifts less than 3.5 hours in length are considered quick care. We have a 2-hour minimum. Event Lead Nannies are billed at $35-$37 per hour for a regular shift and $34-$37 per hour for "Quick Care." Holiday rates may apply. A $50 Administrative Fee is applied for events with 25 or more children. I also acknowledge that in order to schedule and utilize services, I must provide the agency with a valid payment method and authorize Trusting Connections to charge my payment method for an initial deposit and any services rendered thereafter. If the client wishes to pay any or all portion of the deposit or services via credit or debit card, note that a 3% processing fee will apply. If the client wishes to pay for services via check, payment must be submitted to the agency in full prior to the event start date. If the event is more than 10 days out, please inquire with the agency on alternative payment options.The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward the final balance. I will be charged in full for the services scheduled if I cancel with less than 72 hours' notice. I also understand and agree that if booking is completed less than five (5) business days prior to the event, a $75 urgency fee will be added to the final invoice.
