I already found a caregiver on my own. What does this agreement actually cover?

It covers the terms of our DIY Screening and Consulting service, basically us running a real background check and screening process on the caregiver you've already chosen.

Is this a lighter version of your usual screening, since I found the caregiver myself?

No, it's the same standard. Background investigation, drug testing, reference checks, all of it. We didn't want families who source their own caregivers to get a watered down process.

What happens right after I sign this agreement?

Our team begins the screening process outlined in the agreement and keeps you updated as it moves along, so you're never left wondering what's happening.

If something concerning turns up during screening, will you actually tell me?

Yes, directly and honestly. The whole point of this service is giving you real information to make a real decision, not just a rubber stamp.
