WHAT IS A HOTEL BABYSITTER?
Our hotel babysitters are fully-screened, agency-employed child care professionals that travel to local resorts and hotels and offer in-room services, 24/7, 365 days a year for children of all ages.
Typically, families have to register with our agency and complete an in-home consultation in order to book a nanny or sitter for private, residential care. However, our resort care service allows families that are just visiting to utilize our nanny and hotel babysitters in the comfort and convenience of their hotel room. Because all of our nannies and sitters are employed by our agency, we take care of everything including scheduling, paying the sitter on your behalf and much more.
HOW IT WORKS
We make finding and booking high-quality, hotel babysitters easy!
1. Fill out a quick online booking form. If you are making a request with less than 48 hours’ notice, please call our office after you have submitted your request so that we can expedite scheduling your hotel sitter.
2. Be sure to provide your payment information when you are filling out the online booking form. We will automatically charge your card on file for services rendered. We accept all major credit cards. No need to have cash on hand to pay our hotel babysitters – we’ve got you covered.
3. Finally, wait for a confirmation call from our Schedule Manager who will book your family with a wonderful sitter and make all the arrangements to ensure your sitter arrives at the right place at the correct time. She can come directly up to the room or wait to meet you in the lobby.

Q: Is this safe?
A: We have one of the most extensive screening processes in the industry. All of our nannies and sitters are employed by our agency and work with our clients on a regular basis. They have all passed a background investigation conducted by a local private detective we have partnered with, a drug test, knowledge-based exams and more.
Q: How far in advance do you need to schedule your hotel babysitters?
A: It is ideal if you are able to fill out your booking form by the Thursday prior to the week you are needing care. However, we also accept and can often accommodate even last-minute requests for care (within hours of the start time.) Please keep in mind that urgency fees may apply for care scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our hourly rates are all-inclusive, covering the nanny’s salary, taxes, insurance and agency fees. Pricing varies depending on the service type and location. To view non-member hourly rates and fees visit this page and click on your location.

Q: Can your nannies take our kids on off-site outings?
A: With written permission, our nannies are able to drive children to fun, local destinations like the zoo, Children’s Museums and more. If you have other preferences in mind, please share! Our hotel babysitters are here to help you and your kids have a memorable vacation!
