| Job Information | A soon-to-be family of four in Dallas is seeking a nanny to care for their children and grow with the family. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience (ideally with infants), is patient, reliable, has a true passion for working with children, and understands how to take a loving and gentle approach. Candidates must be COVID vaccinated (including all applicable boosters), along with Flu and Tdap. It is a huge bonus if the candidates are familiar with the Montessori approach and bilingual in a second language, though not required. Job duties include caring for and engaging with the family’s children while both parents work from home. This includes (but is not limited to): infant care, playing, feeding, diaper changing, potty training, following a provided nap schedule, transporting children to and from school and various local activities, and feeding the children meals/snacks/bottles. The family is offering a minimum guarantee of 40 hours a week at $22-27/hour. The general work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Benefits include paid vacation, paid sick days, paid personal days, and paid holidays. Position starts ASAP. |
