Job: Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

Current opportunity:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated nanny who is available during weekdays for full-day coverage (i.e., 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The position comes with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week, with possibilities for extensions. As a back-up care nanny, you would be working with different families, so being adaptable and flexible is crucial. Experience caring for infants is preferred. Driving is a requirement of being on the Flex team. Health, dental, vision, and FSA benefits are available for qualifying nannies.

Duties:

The nanny would be responsible for all duties related to care for the child including but not limited to…

Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
Using gentle sleep techniques for nap times
Providing educational/enriching play experiences
Adhering to corporation-specific rules and guidelines pertaining to care (if applicable)
