| Job Information | Two new parents of twins are seeking a part-time career nanny in Phoenix. The right candidate has at least 2-5 years of experience, specifically with multiples, is kind, gentle, calm, flexible, and a highly effective communicator. Candidates must be up to date on all vaccines, including TDap, Flu, COVID (and any applicable boosters), and be entirely fragrance and smoke-free, due to severe allergies in the household. It is a huge plus if the candidate is familiar with a gentle parenting approach! Spanish speaking is also a bonus, but not required. Nanny duties include general infant care such as: bottle feeding, diaper changes, quick baths after stools to prevent diaper rash, facilitating enriching play time, and supervision to ensure well-being, washing baby clothes/towels/etc. and bottle/breast pump parts (load and unload dishwasher). The general work schedule is a guaranteed 25 hrs/week with a general schedule of 8am-1pm or 12pm-5pm, Monday – Friday. The family is offering $20-25 an hour, 15 days paid sick leave per year, paid holidays and a $25/month gym membership stipend. Position begins ASAP! |
