Our rigorous screening process and extensive requirements for hire reflects this endeavor.
Qualifications for Hire
The following requirements must be met before a candidates’ application will be considered:
- 18 years or older
- At least a high school diploma
- At least 1 year of child care experience
- Citizen of U.S. or legally able to work in the U.S
- Access to reliable transportation with current vehicle registration/insurance and clean driving record
- At least three professional references
The following requirements must be met during the hiring process:
- Pass interview (As of early 2020 all interviews are done virtually via Zoom)
- Become CPR/First Aid Certified (Adult, Child and Infant)
- Pass Comprehensive Background Investigation conducted by Private Detective
- Document Verification
- Pass 5-Panel Drug Test
