Description
Trusting Connections will search all its databases for agency records on any prior applications/interactions with the candidate and disclose if the candidate ever received an unhirable status. Trusting Connections is not able to divulge any other specific information regarding why the candidate was ultimately rejected during the application process but in general, candidates will receive this status if they failed one or more screening tests, if our staff identified one or more yellow or red flags in their candidacy, if the candidate exhibited unprofessionalism (no show to interviews, etc.) during the application/screening process or was otherwise deemed unfit to provide safe quality care.
