How can I get a quote?
Fill out our Booking Request Form and give us more details on your event. A member of our staff will be in touch shortly after with a formal quote.
What are your prices?
Our event care hourly rate is $26 per hour, per nanny. “Quick Care” – shifts less than 3.5 hours- is $29 per hour. We have a 2-hour minimum. A $50 administrative fee is applied for events with 25 or more children.
In order to complete the booking process, an initial, non-refundable deposit will need to be paid. Additionally, a $75 urgency fee will be assessed for events booked with less than five (5) business days’ notice.
What types of events can you staff?
We have staffed small private parties with one or two nannies all the way up to very large-scale, multi-day events with 200+ children. Some of our past clients have included out-of-state event planning companies, local small businesses, large corporations, churches, and the military.
Do your nannies bring things for the children to do?
You can request for a nanny bin for an additional cost. Basic nanny bins filled with games, activities, arts and crafts supplies, small toys, DVD’s etc. are readily available for rent. However, we can build a fully customized package that covers everything you need to make your event a success.
