Before registering with our agency, you must complete the University’s Registration and Eligibility Verification Process. Once this is complete, you will receive a unique link to register with our agency online. After registering, you will be invited to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our staff members. We want to get to know you and your family and learn more about your unique needs and preferences so that our team can provide more personalized care. The consultation is also a great opportunity for you to get all your questions answered. We will also be creating a Family Care Guide for you so you don’t have to spend time communicating care instructions, emergency contacts and other pertinent information with each caregiver that comes to your home.
