Rosalind Prather
CO-FOUNDER
Rosalind keeps the creative juices flowing, is obsessed with creating an awesome experience for both clients and team members and is constantly seeking to take TC to new heights. She serves as the Sales and Marketing Director and is the company’s Chief Brand Officer. An industry leader and successful “momtrepreneur,” Rosalind has helped grow Trusting Connections from a small 2-woman operation in Tucson, Arizona to a growing agency of over 150 employees and oversaw the agency’s expansion into the DFW and Phoenix markets.
Rosalind is also a talented consultant that has helped numerous small businesses flourish. She is especially passionate about sharing her insights with women to inspire them to believe that being a mom and a business owner is a beautiful possibility. She has had numerous speaking engagements across the country and has also made appearances on News 4 KVOA in Tucson as a local child care expert. Rosalind won the Rising Star Award at the at the Women of Influence Awards 2019.
In her spare time, Rosalind enjoys co-leading a multi-age troop of 26 girl scouts, entertaining, decorating and spending time with her “girl tribe.” She is also a classically trained pianist and singer and likes to sneak away to get lost in music when she can.
Caroline Wesnitzer
CO-FOUNDER
As the Chief Operations Officer of Trusting Connections and Timeless Play, Caroline truly makes it all happen. She manages the agency’s robust office staff team and ensures that both businesses are running at peak performance. She also serves as the CFO. As a former professional nanny and Certified Postpartum Doula, Caroline has brought her many years of experience and expertise in the child care industry.
Caroline is an alumni of the prestigious Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses Training Program, where she gained world-class education on small business development. She is heavily involved in the local business community and has sat on numerous Boards. She has also been an INA conference and Startup Tucson speaker and presented for the YWCA’s InnovateHER challenge, where she was instrumental in securing TC’s first-place spot.
When she’s not traveling for work or behind a desk working tirelessly for our families, you can find Caroline enjoying her University of Arizona season football tickets by cheering on the Wildcats, striking a yoga pose, or going on an adventure with her husband and three children.
Katie Meyer
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Katie is a transplant to the Tucson area from Sacramento, CA. She started with TC as a flex nanny in May of 2017, became our Admin in August 2017, our Scheduling Manager in October of 2017, and is now putting her “Logisti-gal” skills to the test as TC Operations Manager. Before her move Katie worked in the insurance industry but longed to utilize her degree and she saw her move as a great opportunity to do just that. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara; her degree is in Sociology with a focus in Child Development and Social Work. In her free time she enjoys CrossFit, crafting, all things music and dance, playing with her fur babies Jasper and Arthur, and traveling with her husband.
Natalie Braun
BILLING SPECIALIST
Natalie joined the TC team as the Billing Specialist in August of 2017. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent service to customers have served the agency and its clients well. Natalie started her career with a degree in Elementary Education in 2003 and worked in education for 6 years. Since that time she has been a full-time mother to her 3 children, and 4 foster babies. When she is not knee-deep in children, she enjoys spending time with her husband and extended family, shopping at Target (alone!), hiking and eating delicious food.
Desiree Panzica
MARKETING + RECRUITING STRATEGIST
Desiree is our Marketing + Recruiting Strategist and resident website and online marketing guru. She has worked with numerous large corporations and small businesses and is an experienced SEO strategist. Although new to recruiting, she loves the analytics side of everything (she even became Google Analytics certified in one day) and is excited to bring that aspect to the forefront of the search for your next nanny or sitter and to help the TC brand grow. Having moved from Southern California, she now resides in Tucson. Social media posts and webpages aren’t the only things she likes to make pretty. In her spare time, she enjoys utilizing her esthetic license (especially to beautify brows!) and spending time with her husband, their two daughters and her stepson.
Brooke Gurley
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Brooke moved to Tucson from a small town in Alabama and began as a Flex Team nanny before being selected as our Executive Assistant. She has been working with children for over 7 years in after-school care programs, summer camps, and as an assistant teacher for ages infants to PreK. In her spare time, Brooke loves to watch re-runs of Friends on Netflix, spend time with family and friends back in Alabama, take her fur baby Rando to the park, and be outdoors. She also enjoys traveling with her better half, Tyler and their newest addition – a baby girl!
Audra Barrios

Morgan Hazelip
HIRING SPECIALIST
Morgan is our “feet-on-the-ground” in Dallas-Fort Worth and oversees our physical office space in Southlake. She was born in Central California but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at a young age. She grew up in The Valley and considers it home and attended some college there- (GO LOPES!) She moved to Texas in 2016 & has been there ever since. Morgan joined TC in 2019 as a Flex nanny & was eventually promoted to our office staff team. She has over 10 years of childcare experience varying from a live-in nanny position, work in a private daycare, and has served many families via babysitting & family assistant help. She was awarded a CTE for completing 2 years of Early Childhood Education courses & continues to educate herself in the ECE world. Morgan shared that she is “so passionate” about Trusting Connections and was delighted to take on a new role as our Hiring Specialist in 2022. In this capacity, Morgan interviews nannies, onboards new hires and assists with various recruiting efforts. She married her husband (a marine & Texan native) in 2020. In her free time she enjoys traveling, going to the beach/pool, going to concerts, spending time with family & friends, & playing with her 3 fur babies Nala, Max and Rose.
Julianne Scherzinger
SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Julianne joined the team in October 2021 and is located in San Antonio, Texas. She has her Associates in Sociology and Bachelors in Family and Child Development. She discovered her love of helping children when her family fostered children in need growing up. She also has years of experience as a preschool teacher working with children and parents, and also as a Registered Behavior Technician working with children with Autism. She made the switch to scheduling because she loves problem solving and making all the pieces fit together. She chose TC because she is passionate about serving families on a grander scale. Julianne enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places and watching re-runs of The Office. Julianne is also slightly obsessed with her rescue dogs Bella and Nairobi.

Halie Knutson
AFTER HOURS COORDINATOR
Halie has been an After Hours Coordinator for TC since June 2019. She is originally from Seattle, WA, but moved to Chandler, AZ in high school and has been there ever since! She has a degree in Nutrition Dietetics from ASU and has a full-time job at the Arizona Department of Education where she administers the National School Lunch Program for Arizona. She loves aiding in the health of Arizona’s children and enjoys being a small part of their child care through TC. Halie will graduate with her Master’s in Business Administration in November of 2022. Through all this craziness she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her two dogs, and working out.

Christy Lindley
CARE DIRECTOR
Christy joined our team in August 2023. She has her Bachelor’s degree from ASU where she studied Family Resources and Human Development. Before joining our team Christy was an in-home private educator for over ten years. She has a passion for children with Special Needs and has continued her education learning more about ASD and SPD. In her role as Care Director, Christy is committed to helping families feel supported and heard in their journey to find the right fit for their family. In her spare time Christy loves to travel, read and enjoys DIY projects around her home.She also coaches her daughters soccer team and volunteers at her local church in the Special Needs ministry.
