Please select the TOTAL NUMBER OF SCHEDULED HOURS (adding all days if multiple days are being scheduled) that you will require our childcare team. This should be the times that you want our nannies to stay in your event - not the start/end times for the event. We recommend that you allow for, at a minimum, a 15-minute buffer before and after. For example, if your event is 9am-4pm two days in a row, we recommend that you schedule 8:45am-4:15pm both days for a total of 7.5 hours x 2 days = 15 hours.)

We require the following ratio minimums. To ensure the highest quality of care, we encourage event hosts to schedule beyond these minimum requirements. 0-1 year (3:1) 2-4 years (5:1) 5-12 years+ (8:1) If the number of participating children changes, you may request to add or cancel one or more nannies as long as you provide a minimum 72-hours notice. Any changes or cancellations made after this time will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Would you like to book a "Lead Nanny" for this event?*

We recommend a Lead Nanny for any event requiring 5 or more scheduled caregivers or if you as the host will not be appointing someone to oversee and manage our staff during the event. A Lead Nanny is a designated, on-site manager responsible for directing the other nanny staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Pricing and Fees: FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED to book services. Once this booking request form is submitted, a TC staff member will be emailing you a quote. You must provide payment information and approve the quote before your booking can be finalized. Our all-inclusive hourly rates cover the nanny's salary, taxes, insurance, and agency fees. Regular hourly rates are $32-$34 per hour per nanny depending on location. "Quick Care" depending on location hourly rates are $35-$38 per hour per nanny depending on location. Shifts less than 3.5 hours in length are considered quick care. We have a 2-hour minimum. Event Lead Nannies are billed at $35-$37 per hour for a regular shift and $34-$37 per hour for "Quick Care." Holiday rates may apply. A $50 Administrative Fee is applied for events with 25 or more children. I also acknowledge that in order to schedule and utilize services, I must provide the agency with a valid payment method and authorize Trusting Connections to charge my payment method for an initial deposit and any services rendered thereafter. If the client wishes to pay any or all portion of the deposit or services via credit or debit card, note that a 3% processing fee will apply. If the client wishes to pay for services via check, payment must be submitted to the agency in full prior to the event start date. If the event is more than 10 days out, please inquire with the agency on alternative payment options.The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward the final balance. I will be charged in full for the services scheduled if I cancel with less than 72 hours' notice. I also understand and agree that if booking is completed less than five (5) business days prior to the event, a $75 urgency fee will be added to the final invoice. I further agree that Trusting Connections is entitled to collect full payment even if the nanny or nannies are released early.

Care Waiver: On behalf of myself or the business/organization I am representing, permit Trusting Connections, LLC to provide childcare for my event and agree to release and hold harmless Trusting Connections, LLC, its officers, trustees, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, suits, costs and charges, in connections with or arising out of the childcare service, including, but not limited to, bodily harm or injury, except only for loss, harms or injury occasioned by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by a Trusting Connections nanny. I further understand that Trusting Connections caregivers do not administer medication or drive children in their care without written permission to do so. I further acknowledge that each participating parent/guardian will be required to sign a separate care waiver on site before leaving a child with a Trusting Connections nanny.
