We place specialty roles like Newborn Care Specialists through our Placement Services and also provide families looking for more part-time, or as needed support through our Sitter Services.
Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) are trained professionals with specialized newborn education and experience. They provide hands-on infant care while helping families establish routines, support sleep goals, and navigate the early months with greater confidence.
This option is ideal for families seeking full-time, expert guidance and a higher level of newborn care support. Most Newborn Care specialists begin from day one until the baby is about 12 weeks old, often with the goal of helping your baby sleep through the night. Newborn Care Specialists are not available through our Sitter Service but we help families find and hire the best NCS candidates in the industry through our Placement Services.
Night nannies provide practical overnight support, helping with feedings, diaper changes, and infant- related tasks so parents can get much-needed rest. Night nannies work less independently than an NCS and prefer to follow the family’s directives as it pertains to infant routines and care.
This option offers flexible, supportive care for families with one baby or multiples primarily seeking overnight assistance. Whether you need help a few nights a week, every evening or only as-needed overnight care, our Sitter Service provides round-the-clock childcare for your newest addition.
A Night Nanny through our Sitter Service can be a reassuring presence during one of life’s biggest transitions—helping families with:

→ Bottle/Breast Pump preparation and sterilization

Every family’s needs are different, and our approach is intentionally personalized. Most shifts start later in the evening (around 9 or 10pm) and end early the next morning between 6-8am. Our hourly rates assume the traditional night nanny role - where the nanny lightly sleeps once all baby-related chores are completed, and wakes up with the baby throughout the night.
