FAQ's
We have a 3-month membership for $249, a 6-month membership for $349 and a 12-month membership for $499. Membership automatically renews unless cancelled in writing.
Membership is recommended and it usually pays for itself. Members get membership pricing which is about $4 less per hour than non-member pricing. Members also get priority scheduling and don’t pay urgency fees for care with less than 48 hours’ notice. However, you can certainly use us without becoming a member.
Our nannies will check out what you’ve shared on your Church Profile in the portal before arriving to a shift so they know what to expect and what is expected of them. Our team is happy to facilitate any activities or pre-planned curriculum. They can work independently or alongside existing staff. We also can care for children of all ages, including infants.

Once you register, you will pay a $65 initiation fee. This initiation fee will be applied towards whichever membership you select. You will then receive a email with some extra paperwork and you will also then schedule a Care Consultation to meet with someone on our team to complete your onboarding.
