After a successful virtual interview, we will get to know more about you through reference checks, a background check, drug test and document verification.
Our agency offers an extensive training program for in-home childcare. Care Camp (optional for Placement candidates) gives you the opportunity to fine-tune your skills. We also offer continuing education programs for additional professional development.
Once steps 1-3 have been completed, your dream job awaits! Whether you join our Flex Team and work part-time hours that work with your schedule or are placed with a compatible family through our placement services, we will help you find the best fit.
