Our team of exceptional nannies and sitters is ready to staff your next wedding, private party or corporate event. We also work with churches to help staff their child care rooms on a temporary or ongoing basis.
1. How can I get a quote? Fill out our Booking Request Form and give us more details on your event. A member of our staff will be in touch shortly after with a formal quote. In order to complete the booking processes, an initial, non-refundable deposit will need to be paid.
2.What types of events can you staff? We have staffed small private parties with one or two nannies all the way up to very large-scale, multi-day events with 200+ children. Some of our past clients have included out-of-state event planning companies, local small businesses, large corporations, churches and the military.
3.Do your nannies bring things for the children to do? The short answer is, they can. Although we are primarily a childcare staffing agency and not a party planning company we are dedicated to making our corporate clients completely happy so let’s talk! Basic nanny bins filled with games, activities, arts and crafts supplies, small toys, DVD’s etc. are readily available for rent but if your needs extend beyond that, we can build a fully customized package that covers everything you need to make your event a success.
4.What are the benefits to using your agency rather than hiring help on our own? Well, we are experts at this and staff events year round. Most importantly, our agency provides exceptional quality caregivers that will put families at ease. Liability is a huge concern for most event hosts (as it should be!) and the good news is, all of our nannies and sitters are fully-screened, bonded and insured agency employees.
