We offer competitive hourly wages on our Flex Team and work around your schedule, making employment with our agency ideal for students or sitters with limited availability. Plus, nannies employed in our Flex Team are covered under our extensive liability insurance policy which means if a harm-causing accident occurs to a child on your watch, you are protected under our legal umbrella. As an employee, you are also entitled to workers’ compensation and unemployment benefits.
