There's no set number, and that's on purpose. That said, most of our families hire one of their first three candidates, because we don't send you a long list just to send one, we send people we genuinely believe could be a fit.

What actually makes you confident a caregiver is safe for my family?

We ask ourselves that same question before anyone gets introduced to you. Background investigation by a licensed private detective, drug testing, real interviews, reference checks, all of it happens before you ever meet them.

Once we hire someone, are we on our own from there?

No, and that matters to us. Our team stays involved with ongoing coordination and support, because a good placement isn't something we just hand off and walk away from.

Your Care Director personally oversees your search, hand-selecting candidates and guiding you through every step—from defining the role to extending an offer. Finding the right fit takes time. While you consider long-term candidates, our Sitter Service offers interim support and care. Many clients also maintain a membership to our Sitter Service for back-up care if their hired nanny is sick or takes time off.
