Our Story

Well, this is an embarrassing way to start! Technically our story began back in 1997 when our Co-Founders Rosalind and Caroline became best friends. They even have a classic, 90's mall Glamour Shot to prove it.

But it really began at a coffee shop off of 1-10 and Orange Grove in Tucson, Arizona in January 2011 when Rosalind and Caroline (both former nannies) sat down with a spiral notebook and a pencil and began brainstorming ideas for what would become the largest nanny agency and sitter service in Arizona. The following summer TC opened with just 2 employees. Here, our Co-Founders are cutting the ribbon with the Greater Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce and family and friends cheering them on. Both of their mommas are literally and figuratively, right behind them.

With the help of an awesome spread in the Arizona Daily Star, TC experienced early success. We also were guests on 1030 KVOI WakeUp Tucson Radio Show as shown here.

We continually added to our nanny team as news of our awesomeness began to spread.

After Rosalind's second maternity leave, she came back to work and convinced Caroline that they were ready to do it all over again. With babies (and a great-grandmother) in tow, the two founders headed to the Lonestar state to scope out their 2nd location.

In May of 2015, TC was open for business in Southlake, TX and we kicked off our opening with another ribbon cutting party with the Southlake Chamber. Demand for our high-quality services grew and we now serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

TC hosted its first annual Girl Scout event. We promised to buy girl scout cookies from every girl scout who came to our office as a way of supporting young and budding female entrepreneurs. They showed up in droves! Girl power!

TC was awarded "Service Firm of the Year" (presented by Tucson's Mayor Rothschild). We were so honored!

TC said goodbye to downtown and moved it's headquarters to our existing space on Campbell Avenue. Caroline and Rosalind are a bit stubborn. They insisted they could move two offices worth of furniture down 12 stories and drive and unload it all again at the new space by themselves. Now that's determination!

TC started work on Logisitgal- a technology platform that will transform our client and employee scheduling experience.

TC launched it's third location in Phoenix, Arizona and celebrated with another ribbon cutting ceremony. And yep- the moms were there once again on either side of Rosalind and Caroline for the third time. It's becoming a tradition that is sure to be continued.

In 2021, Trusting Connections launches Timeless Play, a special drop-off play experience for children ages 1-12 in the Tucson area.
