Building a thriving business requires courage, confidence, and people who believe in your potential—especially when starting out. As a female-founded agency, co-founders Rosalind Prather and Caroline Wesnitzer launched Trusting Connections at age 24, knowing firsthand how pivotal early support and mentorship can be for young women finding their voice.
Arizona Foothills Magazine recently highlighted our Annual Girl Scout Cookie Buying Event, an initiative dedicated to empowering local Girl Scouts across Phoenix and Tucson. Beyond simply buying delicious cookies, our goal is to invest in the next generation of female entrepreneurs by offering a supportive space to practice real-world business, communication, and decision-making skills. During the event, participating Girl Scouts deliver a brief sales pitch to our team before drawing from a jar that determines how many boxes our agency purchases—ranging anywhere from 1 to 25 boxes per scout.
We believe that fostering confidence in young girls creates stronger, more resilient leaders for our communities tomorrow. By combining financial literacy with genuine encouragement, we aim to inspire fellow local business owners to vote of confidence in these young go-getters with their support.
