Trusting Connections is hiring warm, dependable Flex Team Sitters & Nannies to support families throughout the Phoenix area. This role is perfect for caregivers who love working with children and want flexible, meaningful work with a supportive agency behind them. Our Flex Team helps support families across the metro area, giving caregivers the opportunity to build relationships, gain diverse childcare experience, and work schedules that fit their lives.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children of all ages
- Engage kids in play, activities, and learning
- Support daily routines like homework, meals, and naps
- Safely transport children when needed
- Follow each family’s care instructions to ensure smooth days
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional childcare experience
- 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Strong communication and dependability
