Building a thriving business requires courage, confidence, and people who believe in your potential, especially when starting out. As a female-founded agency, co-founders Rosalind Prather and Caroline Wesnitzer launched Trusting Connections with the understanding that early support, mentorship, and real-world encouragement make a lasting difference for young women finding their voice.
News 4 Tucson (KVOA) featured our annual Girl Scout Cookie Buying Event, an ongoing initiative hosted at our offices to support local Girl Scouts across Tucson. Beyond purchasing cookies, our goal is to offer a hands-on learning opportunity where young girls can practice real-world communication and sales skills. During the event, participating scouts deliver a brief sales pitch to our team before drawing from a jar to determine how many boxes our agency purchases—ranging anywhere from 1 to 25 boxes per scout.
We believe that fostering self-reliance and business skills in young girls builds stronger, more resilient community leaders for tomorrow. By pairing practical business experience with genuine encouragement, we aim to inspire other local business owners to actively invest in the success of young entrepreneurs.
