Special Event Childcare

We provide childcare staffing for weddings, Passover getaways, corporate events, conferences, church programs, community events, private parties, galas, retreats, military balls, and other special gatherings.

All of our caregivers are employees of Trusting Connections—not independent contractors.

Every caregiver is CPR/First Aid Certified, 18 years or older, legally able to work in the U.S. and meets our minimum years of experience requirements. All Trusting Employees also undergo a rigorous screening process that includes interviews, extensive reference checks, background investigations, and more. We never compromise when it comes to safety

Yes. We regularly staff both small private gatherings and large-scale events requiring multiple caregivers. Whether you need one caregiver or an entire childcare team, we can customize staffing to fit your event. One of our largest events included over 30 caregivers per day for over 10 days. 

In general, we prefer to focus on what we do best and leave the activity planning to the event host. However, our team is able to implement any curriculum or activity schedule you create. We can work with event organizers to discuss age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and entertainment options based on the event type, available space, and budget but we don’t provide toys, equipment or supplies. However, if you need our agency to plan activities and provide supplies, speak to our team to discuss adding on this service for an additional cost. 

Our caregivers have experience working with children of all ages, from infants through school-age children.

Yes. Our team regularly provides childcare at hotels, resorts, conference centers, churches, event venues, private residences, and other approved locations.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for weddings, conferences, and large events. Advance planning helps ensure availability and allows us to coordinate the appropriate number of caregivers for your event. If your event is more than 10 days out, you can start by Requesting a Quote (HYPERLINK.) If your event is less than 10 days away, you will need to fill out the BooK Event Staffing Form (HYPERLINK) and pay a deposit before we can work to staff your event.

Absolutely. Wedding childcare is one of our most requested services. We can provide care during ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding-related events so parents can fully enjoy the celebration.

Our all-inclusive, event care hourly rate ranges from $32-$38, per nanny, depending on your location. Event Lead Nannies, if requested for large events are billed between $34-$40, depending on location. Holiday rates may apply. These hourly rates include the sitter’s salary, taxes, insruance and agency fees.

Yes. Trusting Connections maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for our agency-employed caregivers. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request and may be able to add your venue, organization, or event as an additional insured when required.

 We do have a 2-hour minimum and any shift less than 3.5 hours is considered “Quick Care” and is an additional $3 more per hour, per nanny. A $50 administrative fee is applied for events with 25 or more children. A $75 urgency fee will be assessed for events booked with less than five (5) business days’ notice. Lastly, if you elect to pay for your event via credit or debit card, a 3% processing fee will apply.
