It’s the last day of National Nanny Recognition Week. In honor of this week, we wanted to illustrate what makes our nannies irreplaceable.
Being a nanny requires commitment, dedication, and patience. Nannies and sitters everywhere can attest to the fact that childcare requires a consistent caring and selfless attitude. We take pride in each member of our team and the commitment that they make to be available at moment’s notice, 365 days a year. Furthermore, each nanny is willing to make personal sacrifices to ensure that each family receives the care and the attention that they deserve. Each and every nanny knows that every early morning and late night is ultimately worth it.
Our employees go above and beyond her job description everyday in order to provide the best childcare possible. In doing so, they foster a healthy relationship with both parents and their children. Everyday the bond between children and their nanny grows stronger, creating something truly special. Moreover, the commitment that our nannies pursue allows a valued level of comfort for families when parents leave the house.
All this being said, being a nanny is undoubtedly hard work. Children have moments that can test even the most patient person. Childcare can be stressful, but we hire the best of the best. Our nannies are well equipped and experienced enough to handle any situation.
Even though the week is over, we think that it is important to recognize the effort put forth by our team everyday. Whether picking a child up from school or cuddling with a baby all day, we know that they give 100 percent to their job. The sacrifices they make and devotion they show deserve to be acknowledged. The next time that you see your nanny, be sure to tell her how much you appreciate all her hard, enduring work.
