our placement process
We require an upfront investment of $399 to initiate a placement. Our team of industry experts is going to get to work right away with paid job ad postings and high-touch, personalized service to connect you with top local candidates. To ensure a successful outcome, we also want our clients to be fully invested in this process and serious about hiring the best-of-the-best. At the time of registration you will pay a $65 initiation fee. The remaining balance of $334 will be charged once you’ve met with our Placement Director (aka “matchmaker”) and your job ad is live.amounts in registration fees!
Step 2: Care Consultation
Your initial consultation will give our Placement Coordinator the opportunity to learn more about you and your needs. Consultations are conducted one-on-one, virtually, as part of the personalized service that we are known for.
Step 3: Meet top notch candidates
As soon as we identify a great fit for your family, the candidates’ bio will be emailed to you. We will also schedule and coordinate all interviews for you. Our interview sheet and guide will help you make the most of each interview.
Step 4: expert guidance to seal the deal
What happens after the interview is just as important as what happens before. We will help make sure you make the right choice by recommending a “trial period” before you formally offer a candidate the position and give expert advice on how to properly employ a nanny or household employee.
