As for our recruitment of nannies, Trusting Connections is selectively picky, hiring 1 out of 9 nannies that we interview. We truly have one of the most rigorous screening processes in Phoenix and the industry, overall. All of our nannies go through an extensive and thorough hiring process. Minimum requirements must be met before hiring, some of which includes:
- At least two years of professional childcare experience
- At least three professional references
- Complete Sex Abuse Awareness Training
- Pass 5-Panel Drug Test
- Comprehensive Criminal Background Criminal Check
