Rosalind Prather
FOUNDER + OWNER

Rosalind is a third generation business owner and nationally recognized entrepreneur who opened her first business at the age of 23. She co-founded Trusting Connections Nanny Agency which began in Tucson, Arizona and oversaw the company’s expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix markets. She also owns Timeless Play, a drop-off play experience in Oro Valley, Arizona. Rosalind has dedicated her entire career to supporting and caring for families and children and mentoring other small business owners. Her achievements in business and leadership earned her the “Rising Star” title at the Women of Influence awards and most recently, she was the recipient of the “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things” award in the Early Childhood Development category. She has had numerous speaking engagements across the country and has also made appearances on News 4 KVOA, KGUN 9 and KOLD as a local child care expert and is also a regular blog contributor for Raising Arizona Kids magazine. Above all, Rosalind is a proud mommy of two girls and has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting.
As the CEO of Trusting Connections, Rosalind is proud to lead a team of incredible women who make up the corporate staff that runs all three agencies. She keeps the creative juices flowing, is obsessed with creating an awesome experience for both clients and team members and is constantly seeking to take TC to new heights. As an industry leader and successful “momtrepreneur,” Rosalind is especially passionate about sharing her insights with women to inspire them to believe that being a mom and a business owner is a beautiful possibility.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Meet Audra, our Director of Operations! Audra is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of hospitality and corporate experience. She continually strives to achieve our shared long-term operational goals through process improvement and data analysis. Her strategies in fiscal management and project efficiency have elevated the experience of clients of Trusting Connections and Timeless Play. As the Director of Operations, Audra works alongside our expert matchmakers, families, and nannies to ensure optimal care is provided in a positive and meaningful manner. She joined the team as an Executive Assistant in March of 2021 and has worked her way through the ranks to fully understand the complexities of this unique childcare endeavor.
In her spare time you can usually find Audra working on a PTO project+fundraiser for her son’s school, cheering from the sideline, gardening, & enjoying time with her son, daughter, husband, & doggos.
Desiree Panzica
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Meet Desiree, our Director of Marketing! With a wealth of experience working with both big-name corporations and local small businesses, she’s a master of making brands shine online. An experienced SEO strategist and analytics enthusiast, Desiree can turn data into gold—literally! She even became Google Analytics certified in just one day (yes, she’s that kind of overachiever).
Desiree is passionate about connecting families with their perfect nanny or sitter while also taking the Trusting Connections brand to new heights. Whether it’s crafting a standout campaign or diving deep into the numbers, she’s always bringing her A-game and a fun, creative spark to the table.
Originally from sunny Southern California, Desiree now calls Tucson home, where she lives with her amazing husband, two daughters, and her stepson. When she’s not geeking out over marketing data, you’ll probably find her exploring the desert, trying a new recipe, or cheering on her kids at their latest activities.

CARE DIRECTOR

Christy joined our team in August 2023. She has her Bachelor’s degree from ASU where she studied Family Resources and Human Development. Before joining our team Christy was an in-home private educator for over ten years. She has a passion for children with Special Needs and has continued her education learning more about ASD and SPD. In her role as Care Director, Christy is committed to helping families feel supported and heard in their journey to find the right fit for their family. In her spare time Christy loves to travel, read and enjoys DIY projects around her home.She also coaches her daughters soccer team and volunteers at her local church in the Special Needs ministry.
Julianne Scherzinger
MASTER SCHEDULER

Julianne joined the team in October 2021 and is located in San Antonio, Texas. She has her Associates in Sociology and Bachelors in Family and Child Development. She discovered her love of helping children when her family fostered children in need growing up. She also has years of experience as a preschool teacher working with children and parents, and also as a Registered Behavior Technician working with children with Autism. She made the switch to scheduling because she loves problem solving and making all the pieces fit together. She chose TC because she is passionate about serving families on a grander scale. Julianne enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places and watching re-runs of The Office. Julianne is also slightly obsessed with her rescue dogs Bella and Nairobi.


Morgan Hazelip
RECRUITING + HIRING MANAGER

Meet Morgan, our Recruiting + Hiring Manager. Morgan is passionate about connecting families with exceptional caregivers. She leads the charge in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier nannies and sitters across all three TC locations. Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, she plays a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring process that upholds the agency’s high standards.
Her journey with TC began in 2019 as a Sitter, and her dedication quickly led to a transition into leadership. With over a decade of professional childcare experience, including roles as a live-in nanny, daycare teacher, private nanny and family assistant. Morgan brings firsthand knowledge of what makes a truly exceptional nanny. She also holds a Career & Technical Education (CTE) certification in Early Childhood Education and remains committed to ongoing professional development.
Morgan thrives on connecting with people, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring every nanny and sitter feels valued and empowered. Whether she’s conducting interviews, reviewing applications, or brainstorming new ways to attract top caregivers, she approaches her work with enthusiasm and dedication.
Beyond her work, Morgan enjoys traveling, soaking up the sun at the beach or pool, and catching live music. But her favorite way to recharge is adventuring with her husband and their three pups: Nala, Max, and Rose. Whether it’s exploring new places, enjoying a quiet weekend together, or just taking the dogs on a long walk, she’s happiest when she’s with her little crew.
savannah jackson
BILLING + ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Savannah’s journey with TC began in various administrative roles, which led her to discover a position she truly enjoys and feels passionate about. Savannah manages the Billing Department while also overseeing family onboarding and final processing for new employees. She is your go-to person for all questions related to financial matters, as well as employee and family profiles, and can always guide you to the right department if needed.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, which she earned here in Arizona. Although born in Colorado, she grew up in New Mexico and now feels like a true Tucsonian after living here for nearly a decade. Guided by integrity and a strong work ethic, Savannah genuinely cares about helping others and creating positive experiences for both families and nannies.
Outside of work, she prioritizes her time caring for her sweet and playful daughter, cherishing every moment they share together. This often includes simple hiking adventures, cheering her daughter on at soccer practice, or fun shopping trips. She also enjoys caring for her home, going on brunch outings, staying active through running, and ultimately living by the qualities and values that inspire her.
