Rosalind Prather
FOUNDER + OWNER
Rosalind is a third generation business owner and nationally recognized entrepreneur who opened her first business at the age of 23. She co-founded Trusting Connections Nanny Agency which began in Tucson, Arizona and oversaw the company’s expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix markets. She also owns Timeless Play, a drop-off play experience in Oro Valley, Arizona. Rosalind has dedicated her entire career to supporting and caring for families and children and mentoring other small business owners. Her achievements in business and leadership earned her the “Rising Star” title at the Women of Influence awards and most recently, she was the recipient of the “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things” award in the Early Childhood Development category. She has had numerous speaking engagements across the country and has also made appearances on News 4 KVOA, KGUN 9 and KOLD as a local child care expert and is also a regular blog contributor for Raising Arizona Kids magazine. Above all, Rosalind is a proud mommy of two girls and has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting.
As the CEO of Trusting Connections, Rosalind is proud to lead a team of incredible women who make up the corporate staff that runs all three agencies. She keeps the creative juices flowing, is obsessed with creating an awesome experience for both clients and team members and is constantly seeking to take TC to new heights. As an industry leader and successful “momtrepreneur,” Rosalind is especially passionate about sharing her insights with women to inspire them to believe that being a mom and a business owner is a beautiful possibility.

Desiree Panzica
DIRECTOR OF SALES + MARKETING
Desiree is our Director of Sales + Marketing. She has worked with numerous large corporations and small businesses and is an experienced SEO strategist. She loves the analytics side of everything (she even became Google Analytics certified in one day) and is excited to bring that aspect to the forefront of the search for your next nanny or sitter and to help the TC brand grow.
Having moved from Southern California, she now resides in Tucson with her husband, their two daughters and her stepson. When she’s not geeking out over data, you’ll probably find her trying a new recipe or cheering on her kids at their latest activities.
christy lindley
CARE DIRECTOR
Christy joined our team in August 2023. She has her Bachelor’s degree from ASU where she studied Family Resources and Human Development. Before joining our team Christy was an in-home private educator for over ten years. She has a passion for children with Special Needs and has continued her education learning more about ASD and SPD. In her role as Care Director, Christy is committed to helping families feel supported and heard in their journey to find the right fit for their family. In her spare time Christy loves to travel, read and enjoys DIY projects around her home.She also coaches her daughters soccer team and volunteers at her local church in the Special Needs ministry.
Julianne Scherzinger
MASTER SCHEDULER
Julianne joined the team in October 2021 and is located in San Antonio, Texas. She has her Associates in Sociology and Bachelors in Family and Child Development. She discovered her love of helping children when her family fostered children in need growing up. She also has years of experience as a preschool teacher working with children and parents, and also as a Registered Behavior Technician working with children with Autism. She made the switch to scheduling because she loves problem solving and making all the pieces fit together. She chose TC because she is passionate about serving families on a grander scale. Julianne enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places and watching re-runs of The Office. Julianne is also slightly obsessed with her rescue dogs Bella and Nairobi.
Morgan Hazelip
HIRING SPECIALIST
Morgan is our “feet-on-the-ground” in Dallas-Fort Worth and oversees our physical office space in Southlake. She was born in Central California but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at a young age. She grew up in The Valley and considers it home and attended some college there – (GO LOPES!) She moved to Texas in 2016 & has been there ever since. Morgan joined TC in 2019 as a Flex nanny & was eventually promoted to our office staff team. She has over 10 years of childcare experience varying from a live-in nanny position, work in a private daycare, and has served many families via babysitting & family assistant help. She was awarded a CTE for completing 2 years of Early Childhood Education courses & continues to educate herself in the ECE world. Morgan shared that she is “so passionate” about Trusting Connections and was delighted to take on a new role as our Hiring Specialist in 2022. In this capacity, Morgan interviews nannies, onboards new hires and assists with various recruiting efforts. She married her husband (a marine & Texan native) in 2020. In her free time she enjoys traveling, going to the beach/pool, going to concerts, spending time with family & friends, & playing with her 3 fur babies Nala, Max and Rose.
savannah jackson
CARE DIRECTOR ASSISTANT
Savannah moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2018 from Las Cruces, New Mexico. She is the middle child of two brothers. She has an associates degree in Liberal Arts and goals to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.
Her journey with Trusting Connections has grown into working in several different roles as coverage for admin employees. She has always felt a calling and desire to be a pillar of safety, wisdom and guidance to children. Trusting Connections fulfills that for her as she takes comfort in knowing the level of care that is taken in not only connecting families with safe, and reliable nannies, but also providing that for the children.
In her free time she enjoys decorating her home, going for runs, and listening to podcasts. However, as of late, most of her time is spent loving her sweet, curious and willful daughter- which she is more than happy about.
