1. How can I get a quote?
Click “Request a Quote” below and give us more details about your event. A member of our staff will be in touch shortly after with a formal quote. Our all-inclusive, event care hourly rate ranges from $32-$38, per nanny, depending on your location. Event Lead Nannies are billed between $34-$40, depending on location. Holiday rates may apply.
2. I am ready to book! What are the next steps?
Just click the “Book Now” button below and our team will get to work right away securing the number of nannies you requested. When filling out this booking form, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the approximate charges. You must select the Book Now option if your event is less than 10 days away since there will not be enough time to go through the quote process and schedule caregivers to be ready for your event.
3. Are there any other fees besides your hourly rates?
Not really, except in extenuating circumstances. We do have a 2-hour minimum and any shift less than 3.5 hours is considered “Quick Care” and is an additional $3 more per hour, per nanny. A $50 administrative fee is applied for events with 25 or more children. A $75 urgency fee will be assessed for events booked with less than five (5) business days’ notice. Lastly, if you elect to pay for your event via credit or debit card, a 3% processing fee will apply.
