Childcare Event Staffing – Old

Our team of exceptional nannies and sitters is ready to staff your next wedding, private party or corporate event. We also work with churches to help staff their child care rooms on a temporary or ongoing basis.

1.  How can I get a quote? Fill out our Booking Request Form and give us more details on your event. A member of our staff will be in touch shortly after with a formal quote. Our event care hourly rates are between $32-$38 (depending on location). Event Lead Nannies are billed between $34-40, depending on location. Holiday rates may apply. “Quick Care” – shifts less than 3.5 hours – are $3 more per hour. We have a 2-hour minimum. A $50 administrative fee is applied for events with 25 or more children. In order to complete the booking process, an initial, non-refundable deposit will need to be paid. Additionally, a $75 urgency fee will be assessed for events booked with less than five (5) business days’ notice.

2. What types of events can you staff? We have staffed small private parties with one or two nannies all the way up to very large-scale, multi-day events with 200+ children. Some of our past clients have included out-of-state event planning companies, local small businesses, large corporations, churches and the military.

3. What are the benefits to using your agency rather than hiring help on our own? Well, we are experts at this and staff events year round. Most importantly, our agency provides exceptional quality caregivers that will put families at ease. Liability is a huge concern for most event hosts (as it should be!) and the good news is, all of our nannies and sitters are fully-screened, bonded and insured agency employees.
